Sample Lesson - Training Program

All training programs at ab use the following training equipment: BOSU, balance boards, balance pods, medicine balls, ballast balls, agility hurdles, agility ladders, etc. for the hour long session.

  • Balance training (5 min)
  • Dynamic Warm Up (5 min)
  • Movement Skill Patterning (15min)
  • Nueromuscular Activation and Rapid Excitation (15 min)
  • Strengh Complex Circuits (15 min)
  • Cool down and Stretching (5 min)
